FAQ

*How is this all funded?

FundMy charges sellers 1% of the sale price and passes on credit card fees (we are working towards lower rates as a charitable organisation).

Unless 100% is being donated, where we don't change.

FundMy has core products for sale on the site where 20% is donated and the remainder covers costs of running the site.

Volunteers support the site management, onboarding of campaigns, listing of products and other support.

Is FundMy a charity?

FundMy is a brand of Conscious Kiwi Limited, a company that is in the process of applying to be registered as a charity.

How is delivery managed?

Suppliers are responsible for providing and / or delivering the product or service. Where possible we encourage local pick-up, using evidence of purchase from the site. If products need to be delivered, costs are included in the product listing.

If multiple products are bought, we aim to consolidate these before delivery or collection. We encourage campaign managers to support this, collating and delivering to buyers using their own community group spaces.

If you are in Hamilton or Cambridge (NZ) and have a space where we can store items and group them together, let us know!

Can we sponsor you?

Absolutely! The best way to support us is to list a product or service for sale and offer a high percentage donation. But we're open to ideas.

As we expand to new areas, we need funding and support to get set up. If you want to help with that process, let us know.
